SVS Arge Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("SVS") processes the personal data you share through www.svs-tec.com in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This notice is provided under Article 10 of the KVKK.

2. Personal data we process
- Through the contact and quote form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, the product you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
- When you visit the site: connection data processed technically by the server to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser information and time of access.
- A cookie that remembers your language (see the cookie section below).
3. Purposes
- Replying to your quote, sample, demo and information requests and contacting you.
- Running pre-sales processes for our products and preparing a contract if your request leads to one.
- Operating the website, keeping it secure and preventing misuse.
- Meeting our legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the form and visit the site.
It is processed on the grounds in KVKK Article 5(2): (c) it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, (ç) it is necessary to meet our legal obligations, and (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interest in answering your requests and keeping the site secure, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
The form does not rely on explicit consent and does not ask for special categories of data. Please do not share health, religious, biometric or other special category data in your message.
5. Transfers
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is transferred only as far as needed for the purposes above to:
- E-mail infrastructure: form requests are delivered to and stored in our company mailbox on Google Workspace (Google LLC and its affiliates).
- Hosting: the website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany.
- As these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, these transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9.
- Competent public authorities and courts, where legally required.
6. Retention
Quote and contact requests are kept for up to 2 (two) years after the request is concluded. If a request leads to an offer or contract, the related correspondence is kept for the periods required by the Turkish Commercial Code and tax law. Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
- To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- To ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected,
- To ask for erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- To ask that corrections, erasures or destructions be notified to recipients,
- To object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send requests in writing, with information that identifies you, to Hanlı Merkez Mah. Savcı Sk. B Blok No: 1BD İç Kapı No: 4, Arifiye / Sakarya, Türkiye, or by e-mail from your registered address to info@svs-tec.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the request involves an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
9. Cookie policy
The site uses a single cookie that it needs to work. There are no analytics, advertising or social media cookies and no third-party tracking. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server.
NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose (Turkish, English, German, Arabic). Strictly necessary, set by our site, deleted when you close the browser session.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; your language will then not be remembered.
